ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
\nMany wireless network in operatio n today were designed as networks of convenience for conference rooms and are now struggling to support the number of wireless devices and its appli cations. They are evolving at a rapid pace\, making it increasingly diffic ult to future proof the network. This workshop is designed to help people to create an overall strategy to address the gap between their current wir eless network deployment and the requirements for the future.
\nOPNET is very important tool for research\, over a wide variety of networks. It is widely used across both academia and industries as a tool for designin g\, testing and evaluating new as well as existing protocols\, architectur es. OPNET Modeler is a large and complex software package. This workshop w ill cover features which are important in getting started with OPNET Model er for research. This workshop is targeted towards participants\, from aca demia\, research student\, industry\, and those interested in simulation o f network using OPNET.
