 MA students as well as professors with valid ID cards are permitted.<br />
 \n<br />\nTEAM FORMATION<br />\nTeam size 1 - 4 members (Any institution o
 r group of students or professors may form a team or individual participat
 ion is allowed)\,<br />\nRegistration for the paper presentation can only

 n<br />\n<br />\nSTAGES INVOLVED<br />\nSTAGE 1:(ONLINE)<br />\nParticipan
 ts are requested to submit their full papers/abstracts as specified in the
  attached format (IEEE Format) well before the deadline.<br />\nTeams will
  be shortlisted based on the uniqueness\, technical norms\, and creativity
 \, which includes the judging criteria\, and receive an invitation for the
  next round from our team in a due course of time.<br />\n<br />\nSTAGE 2:
 (ONLINE)<br />\nShortlisted teams should pay the registration fee Rs.850/T
 eam in order to complete the registration process.<br />\nOnce after the r
 egistration process is over\, a detailed schedule will be shared to the te
 am lead after the paper title is confirmed.<br />\n<br />\nSTAGE 3:<br />\
 nEach team will be allowed to present their ideas for 7 mins followed by a
  discussion session.<br />\nPresentations must be delivered offline\, at t
 he prescribed venue and time.<br />\n<br />\nPUBLICATION REQUIRED:<br />\n
 To avail the Peer-Reviewed Journal Publication\, participants are requeste
 d to submit the research paper in specified format and choose (Yes) for pu
 blication on or before 18th March 2024.<br />\nPapers will be scrutinized 
 based on certain criteria which includes given format\, plagiarism (&lt\; 
 20%) and novelty.<br />\n<br />\nPUBLICATION NOT REQUIRED:<br />\nThe regi
 stration deadline for the abstract submission is 20th March 2024.<br />\nT
 he participants are required to sign the Declaration Form at the event ven
 ue stating\, “Publication is not required”.<br />\n<br />\nGENERAL RUL
 ES:<br />\nThe time calculated by the organizers will be final.<br />\nOnl
 y a Paper Presentation certificate is guaranteed for the registration fee.
  (Free publication for eligible authors in peer-reviewed journals will be 
 considered).<br />\nIn case of any disputes/discrepancies\, the organizers
