SUMMARY:One week Short Term Training Programme (STTP) on Design\,Fabricatio
n and Testing of Antenna and Design Issues in Modern Antennas 2019
LOCATION:Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology\, Coimbatore
DESCRIPTION:
Antenna is one of the key components in wireless communicati
on systems. The rapid growth in wireless communication technology necessit
ates the need to design antennas with desirable features according to the
application domain. Hence\, a lot of researches is being focused towards t
he design of new broadband antennas\, multiband antennas\, smart antennas\
, reconfigurable antennas\, wearable antennas and so on. Since there are n
umber of challenges in the design of antennas\, a short term training prog
ramme on this topic to the teaching fraternity would be very beneficial to
enrich their knowledge and to carry out advanced research in antenna doma
in. The objective of this STTP is to train the participants in both fundam
ental and research levels.
