SUMMARY:one Day Practical Training on Matlab tools in Image Processing 15
LOCATION:Kongu Engineering College\, Erode
DESCRIPTION:
The power that MATLAB brings to digital image processing is
an extensive set of functions for processing multidimensional arrays of
 which images
\n(two-dimensional numerical arrays) are a special cas
e. The Image Processing Toolbox is a collection of functions that extend
the capability of the MATLAB numeric computing environment. These functi
ons\, and the expressiveness of the MATLAB language\, make image-process
ing operations easy to write in a compact\, clear manner\, thus providin
g an ideal software prototyping environment for the solution of image pr
ocessing problems. In this chapter we introduce the basics of MATLAB nota
tion\, discuss a number of fundamental toolbox properties and functions\
, and begin a discussion of programming concepts. Thus\, the material in
this Seminar is the foundation for most of the software-related discussi
ons in the remainder of the book. This seminar will be useful for the yo
ung researchers in this field. Practical training in the seminar pave ne
w avenues for the development of many image techniques .This seminar will
extensively discussed the importance of MATLAB in image processing.
