 nt developments in the fields of spectroscopy and to deepen the knowledge 
 on the fundamental ideas behind the theory of spectroscopy. The workshop w
 ill be accessible for a broad audience interested in gaining an in-depth k
 nowledge on the aspects and developments in areas of UV-visible\, FT-IR\, 
 FT-IR Imaging\, Raman\, Mössbauer\, Fluorescence\, NMR\, EPR\, XPS\, etc.
  The main emphasis of the workshop is on how spectroscopic techniques can 
 help to understand material behaviour\, correlating structure-property rel
 ation and eventually for elucidating the structure of existing and newly d
 iscovered materials.</p>
