  and to provide them hands on training using suitable CAM software.<br />\

  To demonstrate the working and material removal process in CNC Vertica

 nd CAM concepts.<br />\n Selection of cutting parameters and tool path 
 verification.<br />\n NC Code generation and simulation of the machinin
 g process.<br />\n CNC PROGRAMMING :<br />\n Introduction to CNC mac
 hines\, co-ordinate systems &amp\; machining parameters.<br />\n Axis n
 omenclature for milling operation including machine datum &amp\; work datu
 m.<br />\n Programming structure and programming cycles for basic milli
 ng operations including tool radius compensation.<br />\n HANDS-ON TRAI
 NING:<br />\n Machine specification and different parts of CNC Vertical
  Machining Centre.<br />\n Operating modes in FANUC oi-MD including too
 l and work piece set up.<br />\n Tool offset and wear offset definition
 s.<br />\n Canned cycle programming and hands-on training incorporating
  cutter radius and wear rate compensation.<br />\n<br />\nREGISTRATION DET
