  wake of the efficiency of the system\, resources and information devoted 
 for maintaining and improving the quality and standards of teaching\, lear
 ning\, research and scholarship in higher education. It would be sanguinel
 y hopeful to provide a worthy platform for the young minds to exhibit thei
 r arguments and ideas in a learned environment\, and also to deepen their 
 academic experience through research and presentation. Proficient research
 ers will also be presented with awards and prizes.<br />\n<br />\nThe last
