DESCRIPTION:<p>In today’s modern world\, computers make decisions like hu
 mans. This can be achieved by using soft computing techniques which exploi
 t the given tolerance of imprecision\, partial truth and uncertainty for a
  particular problem. They resemble biological processes and capable of sol
 ving NP hard problems. They include neural networks\, evolutionary algorit
 hms\, support vector machines\, fuzzy logic etc. Most of these techniques 
 can be easily implemented in MATLAB since some of the default packages for
  these techniques are already implemented in MATLAB.<br />\nThe objective 
 of this workshop is to provide a practical exposure to the participants ab
 out soft computing techniques and their implementation using MATLAB.<br />
