SUMMARY:National Level Workshop on IoT Applications Development Using Pytho
 n 2018
LOCATION:Kongu Engineering College\, Erode
DESCRIPTION:<p>Internet of Things (IoT) has been the most emerging topic am
ongst hardware developers for past few years. Open source hardware like Ra
spberry Pi along with open source language like Python enables anybody to
frame IoT devices. Innovation in all fields of technology can derive benef
its from this combination. This workshop is aimed to impart knowledge abou
t using Raspberry Pi and python to make simple applications where signals
from sensors can be derived to control electronic devices and to make deci
sions. Participants will also learn how to use Python-based IDE (integrate
d development environments) for the Raspberry Pi and how to trace and debu
g Python code on the device. With this information about IoT with cloud\,
participants can innovate in their domain and come up with uniquely innova
tive solutions to real world problems. This workshop will provide hands on
  training to the participants.</p>
