One of the very important objective of our Indian government is effective waste management by reuse\, renewable and energy harvest fro m waste by implementation of advanced and effective technology. The call f or waste management is getting louder each and every day but on the other side of the coin the production of waste is so alarming that the managemen t of the source and waste is the giant challenge in front of the society. Especially in health sector industries the situation is very critical and a solution for chemical and hazardous waste management is the biggest prob lem that every industry is trying to a maximum to keep the impact low. The proposed seminar will definitely be a forum for the future engineers\, re searchers to understand the real face of waste and its impact and smarter possibilities to overcome. There is a growing need for integrating environ mentally sound choices into green technology research and practices. Waste management is a challenge in health care sectors and in developing countr ies mainly due to the increasing generation of waste.
