\nOpen to students from any g raduation or post-graduation college\, across all streams.
\nGuidelin es:
\n
\nPoster presentations provide an opportunity for student s to present and discuss their work.
\nPoster abstracts that clearly describe innovative and cutting-edge work and are in sync with the theme o f the event will receive the highest priority in the selection process.
\nThe presenting author should be available on the date and time schedu led.
\nCreate a handmade poster or print and trim the final version t o a size of 40" x 32" (102 cm x 81 cm) in landscape or portrait orientatio n.
\nPrepare a short pitch discussing the poster presentation (less t han 10 minutes is recommended).
\nPoster content should be readable f rom at least 1 ft distance.
\nStudents are required to send the title /sub-theme of the poster.
\nMaximum 2 participants per poster present ation.
\nParticipants from outside Pune colleges may present their po sters online.
\nRules:

\nEach submitted poster will be r eviewed for its scientific merit by the Organizing Committee and other rev iewers using the following criteria:
\nTopic: Relevance\, importance\ , value\, and/or interest to innovation
\nClarity: The objectives pre sented are clearly described
\nMethods (as applicable): The methods u sed (including the design\, implementation\, and analysis) are appropriate to achieve the objectives of the presentation
\nPresentation: The co ntent is logical\, clearly written\, and clearly demonstrates the depth of understanding of the topic
\nThe decision of the judges will be fina l and binding.
\nPlagiarism is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
\nRegistration Fee: Rs. 500 per poster (Team of 2)
