 tronics and Communication\, DAEC’19 is to bring together the researchers

 tform. Electronic Design Automation (EDA) is becoming ever more important 
 with the continuous scaling of semiconductor devices and the growing compl
 exities of their use in circuits and systems. Demands for lower-power\, hi
 gher-reliability and more agile electronic systems raise new challenges to
  both design and design automation of such systems. Integrating the multid
 isciplinary fields for Design Automation is a challenging task in the curr
 ent scenario. This conference is to integrate the contributors’ thoughts
 \, innovations\, issues\, trends\, needs and solutions focusing on design 
 automation in the fields of Automotive Electronics\, Machine Learning\, Io
 T\, Artificial Intelligence\, and Semi Conductor Technology.</p>
