Meraki – The B-Plan competition is designed to give colleg iate entrepreneurs a real-world experience to fine tune their business pla ns and elevator pitches to generate funding to successfully commercialize their product.

\nMeraki is a Business Plan Competition for st udents with exceptional venture ideas. It is organized and conducted by FI IB’s Centre for Innovation &\; Entrepreneurship which is focused on c reating an ecosystem of entrepreneurial thoughts and mindsets and an engag ement platform for FIIB stakeholders\, innovators and entrepreneurs. This is Meraki’s 9th year. During this time it has grown at an exponential ra te of 600% – from 361 registrations in 2012 to 3000 in 2019!

\nEvery year Meraki receives entries from top colleges of India and Sout h Asia. From all the plans that are received\, 10 teams qualify to present to an eminent jury panel comprising top entrepreneurs and VC’s of India Inc. Judges evaluate the teams as real-world entrepreneurs soliciting sta rt-up funds from early-stage investors and venture capital firms. The judg es rank the presentations based on which company they would most likely in vest.
