MEMS and Sensors is a thriving area of research in India. In
particular\, this has been a successful interdisciplinary research progra
mme at Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM)\, one of the premier t
echnology institutes in India. We are organising an International Conferen
ce on MEMS and Sensors (ICMEMSS 2014) in Chennai\, India from 18 - 20 Dece
mber\, 2014. The main objective of this conference is to provide a forum f
or researchers to interact and exchange information about their activities
in the area of MEMS and Sensors. Your participation is solicited to make
