\nR ULES:
\nFor participation\, all teams must register online on the off icial BIT V-PRAYUKTI’24 website.
\nThe decision of the judges is tr eated as final and binding.
\nBIT V-PRAYUKTI’24 is not responsible for late\, lost\, or misdirected entries.
\n
\nTEAM FORMATION:\nA team can consist of a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 members. Any institution or group of students may form a team or individuals may also participate.
\n
\nBOT SPECIFICATIONS:
\nAll participating b ots must be wireless away from the main body.
\nThe robot must fit in a 15 cm 15 cm 15 cm box.
\nMaximum robot weight not to exceed 1.5 kg (batteries included).
\nThe electric voltage anywhere in the machine must not exceed 12V DC at all times for each robot.
\nBots should no t cause any damage to the arena. Any such incident may result in disqualif ication. The decision is made by the event coordinators/judges. Bots do no t interfere with the performance of any other bot.
\nIn these cases\, the decision of the event coordinators or judges will be final.
\nTh e robot can only be autonomous (Wireless).
\nAll robotic parts/buildi ng materials may be used provided the robot meets the above specifications . Design and construction should mainly be the original work of the crew. Ready-made robots are not allowed to compete in the competition.
\n\nGAME PLAY:
\nThere will be 2 rounds for the event.
\nBots will be judged on the basis of the time it takes them to complete the path in both rounds.
\nEvery round\, a bot will have two chances to trave rse the track.
\nThe shortest time from the two will be considered fo r evaluation.
\nIf the bot veers off course or Line\, each touch adds 10 seconds to its final run time.
\nThe top qualifying teams will be selected for round 2.
\nThe robot must traverse the full track from the starting point to the finishing point within the maximum access time. consent of the referee.
