  and cultural fest at IMI\, with a pan-India strategy for the ultimate car
 nival\, challenging showcase of talent and versatility of youth. With the 
 magnitude increasing with each passing year\, Kritva aims to promote a spi
 rit of competition and rivalry providing a real-time experience for tomorr
 ow's budding managers to hone their skills. The fittest survive\, the best
  win\, however\, everyone learns in one way or the other.<br />\n<br />\nT
 he 72 hour\, break-neck-paced fest has a plethora of events in both cultur
 al and management forms ranging from case study presentations to fashion s
 hows\, management quizzes to street plays\, strategy games to rock shows. 
 The campus is the most vibrant and lively during these days. The students 
 are full of enthusiasm and zeal to showcase their talent and potential and
  we give them the platform.<br />\n<br />\nAfter having given a thought to
  what we have in store for you in the coming years with "Rethinking Our Fu
 ture" in 2012\, providing a global outlook of today's world with "Looking 
 Beyond Boundaries" in 2013 and giving great insights on “Redefining Indi
 a” in 2014\,To represent India Internationally on Swadeshi terms. "Inter
 national Swadeshi" in 2015 and this year Kritva'2016 Fights for "Breaking 
 The Stereotype".<br />\n<br />\nIndia has always been a country burdened u
 nder a number of stereotypes and myths. These have stalled the progress of
  the nation and are apparently everywhere. Corporate\, politics\, culture\
 , sports\, entertainment\, society and every other domain that one can pos
 sibly think of.<br />\nBut\, things are changing. The outworn beliefs of t
 he past are being questioned and the status-quo is being questioned more n
 ow than ever.<br />\nThis year at KRITVA'16\, we recognize this fight agai
 nst all the prejudices that have held us back for the past 70 years and ce
 lebrate the success of those who have had the courage to break the stereot
