DESCRIPTION:<p>Wireless and mobile communications have developed rapidly i
 n recent years due to the endless demand for broadband multimedia Intern
 et access and wireless connection anywhere and anytime. Several 4G standa
 rds have been proposed such as WiMax\, LTE and IEEE 802.11n. Reducing en
 ergy consumption in wireless communications has attracted increasing att
 ention recently. Advanced physical layer techniques such as multiple-inpu
 t multiple-output (MIMO) and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing 
 (OFDM)\, cognitive radio\, network coding\, cooperative communication\, 
 etc.\; new network architectures such as heterogeneous networks\, distrib
 uted antennas\, multi-hop cellulars\, etc.\; as well as radio and networ
 k resource management schemes such as various cross layer optimization a
 lgorithms\, dynamic power saving\, multiple radio access technologies co
 ordination\, etc. have been proposed to address this issue. Lot of challe
 nges is there in the design of microware devices efficiently using simul
 ators. Recently SIW gained a wider interest in miniaturization and @ high
  frequency Applications.</p>
