\n ELIGIBILITY
\nOpen to all UG\,PG or Diploma students with adequate kn owledge on IOT.
\n
\nTEAM FORMATION
\nConstruct a team of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 members. Students from any institution (C ollege/ University) may form a team.
\nTeam leaders must register the ir teams exclusively through the official BIT V-PRAYUKTI’24 website.
\nIt is not mandatory for all the team members to register in the regist ration form\, team members must sign up themselves via the link and team l eads must register on behalf of the team.
\nTeams will be shortlisted based on uniqueness\, technical norms\, creativity\, and judging criteria . Further\, the schedule will be shared with the lead.
\nTeam details must be confirmed prior to the Stage-I shortlisting process\, no further changes in the team details are encouraged.

\nSTAGES INVOLVED
\nSTAGE 1
\nTeams will have the option to choose any of the pro vided problem statements and submit their solutions in the specified forma t provided before the deadline.
\nThe Submission PPT format for Round 1 :
\nAll the participants are requested to submit their ideas as a presentation which includes abstract\, methodology\, design\, and componen ts list as per the given template well before the deadline.
\n
\ nSTAGE 2
\nAfter receiving the stage-I shortlisted result\, the team should submit an explanation video about your idea.
\nThe video shoul d describe your solutions elaborately with a duration of 5 to 7 minutes.\nThe video should contain your proposed solution\, the technology tha t will be used\, the uniqueness of your idea\, and how it is useful as com pared to the existing product available in the market.
\nBased on Nov elty\, originality\, and creativity which includes the judging criteria\, the top teams will be shortlisted and receive an invitation for the next r ound from our team through a registered email ID that will be shared in du e course of time.
\nThe deadline for stage 2 is 20th March 2024.
\nThe teams that receive stage-II shortlist mail must make a payment of 5 00 as a registration fee before 23rd.

\nSTAGE 3
\nThe sh ortlisted teams from stage-II should attend stage-III at offline mode in B annari Amman Institute of Technology.
\nParticipants are required to bring the necessary components along with them. Stage-III consists of a 24 -hour Hackathon on 26th March 2024.
\nParticipants are provided with PCB softwares\, soldering stations\, and power supply provisions during th e course of the hackathon if needed.
\nParticipants should bring thei r own laptops\, or you can use the systems in the allotted venue (1 system per team will be provided.) Internet access is provided throughout the ev ent.
\nDuring the event\, there will be a surprise audit by the exper t jury panel. At the end of the 24 Hrs\, evaluation will be done by the In dustrial person.

\nThe participants shou ld arrange the components by themselves only\, no components will be provi ded. (Basics components/tools such as resistors\,
\ncapacitors\, wire s\, and screw drivers might be provided based on the availability) The dec ision taken by the Juries/Judges is considered as final.
