 t\,1st 2015. The objective of ICRTE is to present the latest research and 
 results of scientists related to all engineering departments topics. This 
 conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to exc
 hange new ideas and application experiences face to face\, to establish bu
 siness or research relations and to find global partners for future collab
 oration. We hope that the conference results constituted significant contr
 ibution to the knowledge in these up to date scientific field. The organiz
 ing committee of conference is pleased to invite prospective authors to su
 bmit their original manuscripts to ICRTE 2015.<br />\nAll full paper submi
 ssions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality\, technica
 l and/or research content/depth\, correctness\, relevance to conference\, 
 contributions\, and readability.<br />\n<br />\nThe conference will be hel
 d every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and ex
 periences in current trending technologies in the related areas.<br />\n<b
 r />\nEnglish is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper
