International Conference of Advanced Materials &\; Techno logies for Industry 4.0 (ICAMT 4.0) organized by Bannari Amman Institute o f Technology during 24-25 March 2023. The objective of the ICAMT 4.0 is to bridge the gap between current industrial demand and innovations in mater ials and advanced technologies. The key factor of the industry 4.0 is to s peed up the manufacturing process efficiently and do the customer favor th rough the automation and optimization to improve the business sectors. Adv ancement in materials and technologies such as robotics\, additive manufac turing\, artificial intelligence and big data analytics\, etc are shifting the landscape of the manufacturing industry. It will create a competent p rospect for discussion of major issues related to advanced research in mat erials for their economic exploitation\, long term conservation\, new deve lopment and imaginative uses. It also envisages global networking to inspi re innovative research to provide solutions and drive systematic change. F urther\, eminent scientists across the globe will share their research and future scope for betterment of mankind. In addition\, emerging trends of new technologies\, Machine tools\, Cutting Tools\, Manufacturing systems\, and simulation tools for solving industrial problems at various levels fr om the material design to complex manufacturing system. Sessions of the co nference will explore innovative as well as revered technologies\, researc h\, development and optimization\, workforce efficiency and productivity. The ICAMT 4.0 brings leading researches from academia\, R&\;D organizat ion and industries from various region of the world under one roof. This a lso helps to identify the current demand and emerging area of the basic an d applied materials research.
