The primary goal of the conference is to promote research an d development activities in the field of Engineering and Technology. In re cent years\, there are emerging needs for Computing and optimization solut ions to be evolved in Sciences\, Financial Engineering\, Remote Sensing\, GIS\, and others. Solutions to most of the engineering problems have becom e easier by application of these technologies. The mushrooming births of a dvanced nature inspired techniques and new intelligent system architecture s are often due to fusion and hybridization of different learning and adap tation of soft computing techniques. This new approach has addressed the l imitations of individual technique. This conference aims to bring together research work in the area of Big Data Analytics\, Distributed Systems\, I mage Processing\, Mathematical Modeling\, Networks\, Wireless Communicatio n and its applications as well as the future direction of this field that can benefit the mathematicians\, computer scientist and engineers. All the original papers will be recommended for Peer Review Journals like Scopus\ , Web of Sciences\, Thomson Reuters\, Google Scholar\, DOI\, Open access\, Anna University (Update list 2016\, Annexure I\, Annexure II). The Plenar y lectures will be delivered by eminent personalities at international lev el to introduce the theme of the conference. We solicit both academic\, re search and industrial contributions.
