First Indian Control Conference (ICC 2015) will take place a t IIT Madras\, Chennai\, India\, during January 5-7\, 2015. ICC 2015 will be a three-day event\, with one day dedicated to Tutorials and Workshops. The event has received Technical Co-Sponsorship from the IEEE Control Syst ems Society. ICC 2015 is co-sponsored by IIT Madras\, ABB\, Honeywell R&am p\;D.\, and the India Smart Grid Forum. ICC 2015 has received funds from t he IEEE Control Systems Society under its Outreach Program to facilitate p articipation by up to sixty students.

Papers submitted to ICC 2015 must be original\, not previously publishe d or accepted for publication elsewhere\, and they must not be submitted t o any other event or publication during the entire review process. IEEE po licy regarding plagiarism\, self-plagiarism and duplicate submission/ publ ication will be strictly enforced. Papers must be submitted electronically by the submission deadline through the PaperCept Conference Management Sy stem at http://controls.papercept.net. Paper submissions should follow the IEEE double-column format for conferences (templates will be available on the conference Web site). A maximum of 8 pages (6 plus 2 additional pages incurring a nominal fee) are allowed for each paper\, all figures and ref erences included. Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process\, co ordinated by the Program Committee. Submission of a paper implies that\, s hould the paper be accepted\, at least one of the authors will register an d present the paper at the conference.
