 artments topics. This conference provides opportunities for the different 
 areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to

 ners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results constit
 uted significant contribution to the knowledge in these up to date scienti
 fic field. The organizing committee of conference is pleased to invite pro
 spective authors to submit their original manuscripts to ICATE 2016.<br />
 \nAll full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on 
 originality\, technical and/or research content/depth\, correctness\, rele
 vance to conference\, contributions\, and readability.<br />\n<br />\nThe 
 conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people
  to share views and experiences in current trending technologies in the re
 lated areas.<br />\n<br />\nEnglish is the official language of the confer
 ence. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to sub
