ICECCT 2017 invites full length original research contributi ons from engineering professionals from industries\, R&\;D organization s\, academic institutions\, government departments and research scholars f rom across the world. Full length original research contributions and revi ew articles not exceeding six pages as per the IEEE double column format s hall be submitted. The manuscript should contribute original research idea s\, developmental ideas\, analysis\, findings\, results\, etc. The manuscr ipt should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and not under review any of them. Further the manuscript shou ld contain the name of the corresponding author with e-mail id and affilia tion of all authors. The softcopy of the full length manuscripts (in .doc or .pdf) shall be submitted to icecct2017@svsce.edu.in. All the submitted manuscripts will be sent for peer review and the corresponding author will be notified the outcome of the review process. If reviewers recommend for further improvements in the manuscript\, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author and the revised version of the manuscript sha ll be submitted within fifteen days on the date of notification.

\nThe 2015 First IEEE International Conferen ce on Electrical\, Computer and Communication Technologies (IEEE ICECCT 20 15) has been held at Coimbatore\, Tamil Nadu\, India during 05 – 07\, Ma rch 2015. The first edition of ICECCT received more than 1200 manuscripts for consideration and 270 papers have been registered after stringent revi ew and evaluation of the Technical Program Committee. Authors from 25 diff erent countries have contributed papers and more than 20 countries had par ticiapted in person. ICECCT 2015\, had really received excellent response in terms of technical quality\, organization\, excellent conference kits\, informative pre-conference workshops and excellent hospitality to the par ticipants.
