Filmophile Short Film Festival\, conceptualized to commemora te a hundred years of Indian Cinema\, in association with “Delhi Interna tional Film Festival” and “The Social Circle”\, is a great platform for all new film makers across India. FSFF aims at understanding the scien ce\, art and emotion behind cinema\, reaching it out to the audiences far and wide and promoting Indian Cinema\, Art and Culture. The Festival offer s premier showcase opportunity for talented film makers and artists\, cele brates avante garde cinema\, felicitates masters and achievers from all wa lks of life and brings colleges closer by building bridges to enable cross cultural exchanges\, social understanding and creative ideation.
\n< br />\nRules &\; Regulations:
\n1. All films / documentaries shot on film or Video (Analog / Digital format) after January 2018 within a run ning duration of 3 minutes to 10 minutes are eligible for the festival/awa rds.
\n2. Entries of all films / documentaries (hereafter collectivel y called Films) shall be accepted only in DVD format OR Online.
\n3. There shall be 3 categories in the festival/award: Documentary\, Fiction\, Silent.
\n4. Best 3 films will be awarded in each category.
\n5 . If language of the film is other than English\, it must be dubbed or sub -titled in English.
\n6. Films may be entered by any college/ Inter-c ollege team is allowed.
\n7. Selection of films / videos for FSFF 201 8 will be done by a committee whose decision will be final. However\, Fest ival Authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any film that is li kely to offend sentiments\, feelings or sensibilities of any caste\, commu nity\, religion and sect or is likely to promote racism or ill will in the society.
\n8. Only one entry from a team is allowed.
\n9. A tea m can have 2-5 members.
\n10. FSFF 2018 would be allowed to use all p hotographs and publicity materials received along with the entry.
\n1 1. The Festival Authorities will have the right to screen (maximum 10 scre ening in each category).
\n12. For promotional / publicity purposes\, films posters can be used during the festival period.
\n13. Entry Fo rms with incorrect / inadequate / illegible / ambiguous particulars will n ot be considered.
\n14. DVDs submitted for selection will be consider ed as final and no changes will be entertained after submission. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to submit DVDs without any physical / quality defects.
\n15. Each film must contain a card in the beginni ng and at the end of the film. The card will be mailed to each team after registration.
\n16. All shortlisted entries will receive a certificat e.
\n17. Films once selected and submitted for the final screening wi ll not be allowed to be withdrawn under any circumstances\, until the Fest ival is over.
\n18. Last date of film submission is 21 March\, 2018.< br />\n19. Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these Regul ations.
\n20. Decisions of the Festival Authorities regarding all mat ters not expressly provided for in these regulations or which require inte rpretation of the clauses mentioned above shall be final and binding on al l parties.
\n21. A poster of the film and the list of cast and crew m ust be attached with the dvd or the mail.
