  improving the way by which they deliver the subject.<br />\nThis programm
 e also gives inputs into the thinking process which could help a lot in im
 proving deep understanding &amp\; memory capabilities. This could be of mu
 ch use for both Faculty members to increase their capabilities and help th
 e students’ study better.<br />\nThis programme helps in reducing stress
  &amp\; improving capabilities\, communication skills\, improving emotiona
 l wellbeing etc. of the faculty members.<br />\nThis programme uses the Ne
 uro-linguistic programming techniques &amp\; concepts.<br />\n<br />\nNeur
 o-linguistic programming:<br />\n<br />\nNLP is a simple\, skillful method
  for studying what goes on inside a person (subjective experience). In gen
 eral terms\, NLP deals with how the brain works\, how people think\, feel\
 , learn\, motivate themselves\, interact with others\, make choices and ac
 hieve realistic goals.<br />\nAspects which happen unconsciously are under
 stood and used for making improvements. Participants learn to function fro
 m an internally deep level. This subject originated by studying &amp\; mod
 eling human excellence.<br />\n<br />\nObjectives:<br />\n<br />\n1) To gi
