 pment of the field. All ETNET’14 accepted papers will be published in th

 gether the Scientists\, Scholars\, Engineers\, <br />\nIndustrialists and 
 Students from in and around the world to present   the   on-going   resear
 ch <br />\nactivities and hence to foster research relations between unive
 rsities and industries. This <br />\nconference provides opportunities for
  the delegates to exchange new ideas\, applications and <br />\nexperience
 s\,  to    establish  research  relations  and  to  find  global  partners
   for  future <br />\ncollaboration.<br />\nExperts from all over India ar

 original and   contain   contributions   of   theoretical\, experimental o
 r application nature\, or be unique experience reports. All submissions sh
 ould be in the IEEE format. Papers should contain up to 5 keywords and les
 s than 6 pages only. Papers will be evaluated for originality\, significan
 ce\, clarity\, and soundness\, and will be reviewed by at least two indepe
