The recent adoption of a number of enabling Wireless communi cation technologies\, including as RFID tags\, BLE\, ZigBee\, and embedded sensor and actuator nodes\, as well as different protocols\, such as CoAP \, MQTT\, DNS\, and others\, has propelled IoT forward. Smart sensors can now work directly with machines to automate decision-making or job control without the need for human intervention. In the development of wearable h ealthcare systems\, smart technologies such as green electronics\, green r adios\, fuzzy neural methods\, and intelligent signal processing technique s play a significant role. The goal of this conference is to provide a pla tform for discussion of current developments in IoT enabling technology an d applications. In recent years\, a large number of scientists\, decision- makers\, managers\, executives\, academics\, and practising researchers ha ve produced solution ideas for a variety of difficult real-world issues. R ecent methods in optimization\, computer science\, data science\, simulati on\, health systems\, and commercial applications will be discussed during the conference. ITSPWC 2021 is a crucial gathering for graduate students\ , decision-makers\, and academics from both the public and commercial sect ors who are looking for research-based approaches to simulate real-world i ssues.
