DESCRIPTION:<p>Crisis Tech Design Challenge is a 1:30-hour<br />\ninnovatio
 n event where each team receives a Risk Event Card representing a<br />\nr
 eal-world emergency scenario such as floods\, fire accidents\, earthquakes
 \,<br />\nmedical emergencies\, or crowd control incidents.<br />\nBased o
 n the allotted scenario\,<br />\nparticipants must propose a web applicati
 on idea that can help<br />\nin preparedness\, emergency communication\, e
 vacuation planning\, rescue<br />\ncoordination\, and recovery support.<br
  />\nParticipants are not required to develop<br />\nthe complete applicat
 ion. They will present the concept\, key features\,<br />\nuser flow\, and
  impact to the judges.<br />\nTEAM SIZE : 3<br />\n<br />\nTECH ON TRAILS:
 <br />\nTech on Trial is a debate event where teams are given a topic and 
 must speak either in support of or against it. Participants present argume
 nts\, counter the opponent’s points\, and defend their stance with valid
  reasoning\, making it a true test of logic\, awareness\, and debating ski
 lls<br />\nRULES:<br />\nTopics/Statement will be assigned randomly on spo
 t.<br />\n15 mins total: 5 mins preparation + 4 mins debate.<br />\nNo mob
 ile/internet allowed during debate.<br />\nJudging based on knowledge\, cl
 arity\, argument strength\, confidence\, teamwork.<br />\nJudge’s decisi
 on is final\; results announced after the round.<br />\nRule violations ma
 y lead to disqualification.</p>
