Rules:

 This is a team hackathon event. You can have a maximum of four (4) members in your team.
 A team can submit only one idea.
 A person can only be part of one team in case their entry is shortlisted for the Offline hackathon event.
 Entries without the Idea Submission presentation will not be considered for evaluation.
 Entries must be submitted on the google form sheet.
 Shortlisted teams will receive an email communicating their selection for the Offline Hackathon.
 The location of the Offline Hackathon and rules will be communicated to shortlisted teams.
 During the Offline Hackathon all meals will be provided by Sona college of technology.
 Unavailability of deliverables will result in disqualification of the team during the Offline Hackathon. The team will not be allowed to present their solution. Refer to the Terms & Conditions for more details.
 You will not be able to add team members after the Idea Submission phase has ended.


Terms and Conditions

 That I shall neither disclose my findings/observations; nor make any announcement/declaration in any print/media/press/social media sites about my arrangement with Sona SIPRO.
 That I undertake to sign and execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement with SOAN SIPRO in the prescribed format as shall be provided by SONA SIPRO if required.
 That I shall indemnify and hold Sona College, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) violation of any terms and conditions intimated to me by SONA COLLEGE (ii) any claim by a third party using their credentials/software/technique/process to meet the agreed deliverables. TRAI reserves the right, at my own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which I am required to indemnify TRAI, and I hereby agree to cooperate with SONA COLLEGE to defend any of these claims.
 All intellectual property rights concerning the idea submissions shall remain with SONA COLLEGE. Additionally, by submitting your idea, you are granting SONA an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, sub-license, and exploit your idea in any desired way.
 Whatsoever stated in Para 1 to 4 above are true and best of my knowledge and belief and I believe them to be true and correct.
