Welcome to the 8th Annual Cultural Festival TARANG'14.
Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM), Jabalpur is holding the ever popular Cultural Festival slated for 9-12 October, 2014.
TARANG, is one of the most eagerly awaited events in the academic calendar of IIITDM. It is an avenue for the best talent from the top colleges across the country to battle it out in an array of cultural events.
The scale of TARANG can be judged by the fact that it invites participation from more than 150 engineering colleges from across the country. The sheer number of more than 5000 footfalls create a buzz in the campus making it the most happening event during the period.
Since 2007, the Festival has proved to be arguably the most popular Festival in central India. Held annually in the month of March, TARANG has always drawn huge participation from students on account of the variety of events that are on offer and the challenges they provide. This year promises to bring forth a bigger and better TARANG with many more exciting events and activities lined up.
With this IIITDM invites you to be a part of this wonderful experience. Explore the waves of culture, arts, music, and literature. Ride on them, maneuver them to the final destination, The Zenith.

Reaching Jabalpur
Jabalpur has good access to all three means of transport, viz, Road, Rail and Air.
Roadways : Jabalpur is well connected by road route.The national highway 7 connects Jabalpur to Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh.
Railways : Jabalpur is also well connected by Train. Direct trains are available for major destinations of India from Jabalpur.
Airways : The Dumna airport connects few major airports of country.The flight from all major Indian cities reaches to Dumna airport via Delhi & Gwalior at regular basis.
Reaching the Institute
The institute is situated at Meghawa, Dumna Airport Road, P.O Khamaria, Jabalpur 482005.
The Institute is approximately 13 km from the bus terminus, 10 km from the railway station and 3 km from the airport. Once you reach the city, you can hire a taxi (24 hours service taxi contact number : +91-9425160466) or auto (Approx. fare from railway station is Rs 130/-) to reach the campus. Institute runs bus service from campus to city
