Broadband communications are becoming increasingly pervasive and have a significant impact in terms of shaping modern society in the wireless revolution era; many technical challenges remain to be solved due to the proliferation of wireless communication systems. Bhopal Junction Railway Station is the largest and most important railway station in the city. Being on the main North-South line, it is connected by rail to all parts of the country except North-Eastern states. More than 150 daily trains have stoppages in Bhopal. MANIT is about 8 km (approx. 17 min.) from Bhopal Junction Railway Station. One can travel by Autorickshaws / Taxis to reach MANIT from Bhopal Junction Railway Station.
