 sis and Design Competition.<br />\n<br />\nA team must consist only two me
 mbers for participation. It consists of two rounds\, a qualifying prelimin
 ary round and a final round.<br />\n<br />\nPRELIMINARY ROUND<br />\nThe p
 reliminary round consists of paper &amp\; pen test and and technical verba
 l test. Teams qualifying in both rounds will enter finals<br />\n<br />\nF
 INAL ROUND<br />\nThe final round is a problem based circuit analysis and 
 design round. Qualified teams must be able to understand the given problem
  and design a circuit using the provided components. Time and efficient ci
 rcuit design design will be taken into consideration.</p>
