 <br />\n<br />\n(Coordinators reserve the right to change the rules at any
  point in time.)<br />\n<br />\nTeam Formation<br />\nTeams can consist of
  2 to 4 members.<br />\n<br />\nEach team must designate a Team Leader to 
 serve as the primary contact.<br />\n<br />\nTeam composition must remain 
 the same throughout the entire event. No replacements are allowed.<br />\n
 <br />\nHackathon Format &amp\; Process<br />\nThe hackathon is a continuo
 us 24-hour coding event.<br />\n<br />\nProblem statements will be provide
 d at the beginning of the event.<br />\n<br />\nParticipants will be evalu
 ated based on creativity\, technical execution\, feasibility\, and present
 ation skills.<br />\n<br />\nThe total number of evaluation rounds will be
  announced during the inauguration ceremony.<br />\n<br />\nProject Develo
 pment Guidelines<br />\nOriginal Work: All code must be developed during t
 he 24-hour hackathon period. Submitting pre-developed projects will lead t
 o immediate disqualification.<br />\n<br />\nThird-Party Resources: Teams 
 are permitted to use publicly available libraries\, APIs\, and frameworks.
 <br />\n<br />\nAI-Generated Code: Relying completely on AI-generated code
  is not encouraged.<br />\n<br />\nCode Ownership: All code developed must
  be the original work of the team. Participants cannot use code or assets 
 created by others without proper permissions or licenses.<br />\n<br />\nH
 ardware and Software Requirements<br />\nHardware Projects:<br />\n<br />\
 nKits and tools will not be provided. Teams are responsible for bringing a
 ll necessary components.<br />\n<br />\nTeams must ensure the safe and pro
 per handling of their hardware.<br />\n<br />\nThe responsibility for all 
 components and materials required for the prototype lies solely with the p
 articipating teams.<br />\n<br />\nSoftware Projects:<br />\n<br />\nParti
 cipants may use any relevant tools\, software\, and programming languages.
 <br />\n<br />\nThe use of pre-built code or templates is not allowed.<br 
 />\n<br />\nAll code must be pushed to a GitHub repository every 2 hours f
 or progress tracking.<br />\n<br />\nCode Submission<br />\nThe Team Leade
 r must create a private GitHub repository.<br />\n<br />\nThe repository m
 ust be named in the format: HTH-HACKATHON-.<br />\n<br />\nOnly one reposi
 tory is allowed per team.<br />\n<br />\nTeams must push commits every 2 h
 ours.<br />\n<br />\nPushing or pulling from the repository is prohibited 
 outside the designated coding period.<br />\n<br />\nThe final GitHub repo
 sitory link must be submitted for evaluation.<br />\n<br />\nGeneral Guide
 lines<br />\nAll participants must bring their own laptops\, chargers\, an
 d any other necessary accessories.<br />\n<br />\nParticipants must carry 
 their college ID card for verification at all times.<br />\n<br />\nEvent 
 ID cards and the provided T-shirts must be worn throughout the event.<br /
 >\n<br />\nSeeking help from mentors or other teams is not allowed. Cross-
 team collaboration is prohibited.<br />\n<br />\nRoaming around the colleg
 e campus during the event is not permitted.<br />\n<br />\nMisconduct or a
 ny damage to property will lead to penalties and potential disqualificatio
 n.<br />\n<br />\nThe use of unwanted substances (including drugs or alcoh
 ol) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.<
 br />\n<br />\nAny form of cheating or plagiarism will lead to immediate d
 isqualification.<br />\n<br />\nThe decision of the jury is final.<br />\n
 <br />\nPrizes &amp\; Opportunities<br />\nPrizes Pool: Worth ₹60\,000.<
 br />\n<br />\nInternship Opportunities: Internships will be provided for 
 the top 7 teams (including prize winners).<br />\n<br />\nJudging Criteria
 <br />\nProjects will be evaluated based on the cumulative grading from ju

 >\nThe presentation should demonstrate the project's functionality\, featu
 res\, and innovative aspects.<br />\n<br />\nTeams should explain the tech
 nical challenges they faced and how they were overcome.<br />\n<br />\nSim
 ple ideas or minor modifications of existing solutions will not be accepte
 d.<br />\n<br />\nInternet Access<br />\nInternet will be provided during 
 the event.<br />\n<br />\nHowever\, participants are encouraged to bring t
 heir own dongles or data cards as a backup.<br />\nCode of Conduct<br />\n
 All participants must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes inclusivit
 y\, respect\, and professionalism.<br />\n<br />\nAny form of harassment\,
  discrimination\, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will
  result in immediate disqualification.<br />\n<br />\nMaintain a collabora
 tive and positive environment.<br />\n<br />\nPenalties<br />\nBreaking an
 y rule will result in an informed email being sent to the respective colle
