\nImp ress your guests this festive season with a home-decorated Christmas cake. If you have always wanted to make and decorate your own Christmas cake an d cookies\, then this is the perfect workshop for you. Spend half a day an d learn how to create flawless\, decorative masterpiece.

\nWe begin with giving you knowledge on how to make and bake the authentic Chr istmas cakes. We will also provide you with the details on soaking\, bakin g\, mixing\, and so on.

\nDuring this workshop\, you will be trained not only on basic cake making\, but also focusing on mastering the fundamentals as well as discussing traditional techniques as we practice making them.

\nIn this unique workshop you will also indulge in creating your own specialized flavored and decorative cookies\, and tra ditional hot cross buns. Some of those cookies will be piped\, or spooned\ , rolled or shaped\, and some will be with fruits\, &\; nuts or differe nt type of sugar.
