DESCRIPTION:<p>Capture The Flag (CTF) is a cybersecurity competition that i
 s all about finding weaknesses and exploiting loopholes in various compute
 r programs. CTF aims to engage participants in the creative exploration of
  real-world computer security by distilling the major disciplines of profe
 ssional cybersecurity into short\, objectively measurable exercises. The P
 ragyan version is an ethical hacking contest in which contestants will hav
 e to find pieces of information\, called ‘flags’\, hidden in each of t
 he challenges. So\, assemble your team\, prepare to decrypt hidden message
 s\, exploit vulnerabilities\, and do whatever it takes to Capture the Flag
 !<br />\n<br />\nFormat:<br />\n<br />\n- It will be a ‘Jeopardy!’ sty
 le\, 36-hour online contest that happens during Pragyan 2022.<br />\n- The
 re will be a set of challenges from a range of categories like Cryptograph
 y\, Web Security\, Forensics\, Steganography\, Reverse Engineering\, Binar
 y Exploits\, etc.<br />\n- The challenges can either be a collection of fi
 les that they can download and find the “Flag” or can be running as we
 b services to which the participants connect and exploit to retrieve the F
 lag.<br />\n- Each category contains a variety of questions with different
  point values and levels of difficulty.<br />\n- The participants will be 
 ranked based on their scores\, and the time taken will be used as a tiebre
 aker.<br />\n<br />\nRules:<br />\n<br />\n- Players can compete individua
 lly or in teams of up to 4 members.<br />\n- Any attempt to attack the hos
 t system in ways unintended by the challenge will lead to disqualification
 .<br />\n- Any kind of Denial-of-Service Attack (DoS/DDoS) against the ser
 vers or the competition’s infrastructure is strictly forbidden.<br />\n-
  Teams should work independently\; sharing answers or collaborating with a
 nother team constitutes cheating.<br />\n- Brute-forcing the flags is not 
 allowed.<br />\n- The source codes or the solutions should not be made pub
 lic/open-sourced during the contest.<br />\n- Doubts/ queries regarding th
 e questions (if any) should be asked to us directly.<br />\n- Posting such
  queries in IRC or channels/ public forums will not be entertained.<br />\
 n- Any kind of violation of these rules will mean immediate disqualificati
 on of the team.<br />\n- The decision of the event managers will be deemed
  final and binding.<br />\n<br />\nJudging Criteria:<br />\n<br />\n- Each
  category contains a variety of questions of different point values and di
 fficulties.<br />\n- The participants will be ranked based on their scores
 \, and the time taken to solve the challenge will be considered in case of
  a tie.<br />\n- The decision of the organizers will be final.<br />\n- Pr
