EVENT DESCRIPTION:
\n“SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST”
\nThis event specifies the eventual characteristics tasks done by robot d uring any natural disaster. In this event the main task revolves around pi ck and place. The robot must be able to do all the desired tasks such as p icking\, transportation\, flexible movement\, placing in the desired posit ion and especially self-control movement.
\nRULES OF THE EVENT:
\nSize of the bot must not exceed the specifications.
\nFor the first time the bot crosses any obstacle points will be awarded (min 5 \, max 15 points)
\nDuring the game human touch on the bot is restricted in ca se it leads to negative points.
\nThe bot must not damage the arena.< br />\nThe bot must not pin the opponent bot.
\nThe players are direc ted to bring their required equipment for adjusting\, repairing\, etc of t he bot. (NO TOOLS WILL BE PROVIDED).
\n
\nGENERAL POINTS:
\ nCrossing uneven terrain +5 points (once).
\nArena damage -3 points ( each time).
\nHitting opponent bot -5 points (each time).
\nHuma n touch -3 points (each time).
\nBot moving out or human in the arena -5 points (each time).
\n
\nARENA DESCRIPTION:
\n(300 * 30 0) cm bounded arena.
\nObstacles and objects of the play will be insi de the arena.
\nCubes of dimension (13 cm).
\nBalls of diameter (8 cm).
\nTubes of diameter (20*20*10)cm \, (20*20*20*)cm \, (20*20*3 0)cm.
\nRamp (30o slope).
\nWall (5 cm).
\n
\nROBOT SP ECIFICATIONS:
\nIt must be a (30 * 30 * 40 )cm robot.
\nBattery must be on bot.
\nMaximum voltage for working of the bot must not exc eed 12V.
\n
\nEVENT ROUND DETAILS:
\nROUND 1:
\n“Oh! No there is a huge storm we need a robot to build the shelter for us”\nIn this round\, each team will be provided with six cubes placed on the arena. The robot must move through an uneven terrain and pick the cube s. It must place the cubes in their field area\, three in the base and sta ck two in the middle and one at the top. It appears like a pyramid.

\nPOINTS:
\nCube placed in base +5 points (each).
\nCubes in the middle +10 points (each).
\nCube in the top +15 points.
\nROUND 2:
\n“We now need a courageous fighter to safely deliver th e food to the people”
\nIn this round\, the robot's first task is t o pick the ball and move on a balancing bridge (seesaw) and reach the othe r side\, on the other side there will be a random arrangement of marble ba lls. The robot has to make a travel on it to reach the final task of the r ound. The final task is that the robot must place the provided ball on the circle.
\nPOINTS:
\nCrossing the seesaw +5 points.
\nCross ing the marble balls +10 points.
\nPlacing the ball inside the circle +5 points.
\nROUND 3:
\n“Rebuild and store for the survival! ”
\nThe final round is that\, the robot has to complete the ramp an d travel on it. The participants will be provided with cubes on the arena\ , robot has to first fill the ramp by placing the cube in the vacant space . Then\, the robot must pick the ball provided and travel on the ramp. On its way down\, it should overcome small projections on the ramp. Then the robot must be able to put the ball on tubes of height 10cm\, 20cm and 30cm provided.
\nPOINTS:
\nCubes placed to complete the ramp +10 poi nts (each).
\nPlacing the balls in small tower +5 points (each).
\nPlacing the balls in medium tower +10 points (each).
\nPlacing the balls in tall tower +15 points (each).
