B-PLAN 2013 is the first state level intercollegiate Busines
s Plan Competition organized by Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engin
eering\, Shimoga under the banner of Entrepreneurship Development Cell (ED
C).
\nBusiness plan is the decision making tool for any business. A
business plan represents all aspects of business planning process declarin
g vision and strategy alongside sub-plans to cover marketing\, finance\, o
perations\, human resources as well as a legal plan\, when required. A bus
iness plan is a summary of those disciplinary plans.
\nEDC-JNNCE is
established to promote entrepreneurship in the college as well as in the r
egion. B-PLAN is the Business plan competition which is the flagship event
of EDC-JNNCE. Since 2013 this event intends to attract more and more stud
ents in the state and nationwide. Business Plan competitions mean more tha
n just competitions. These events will inspire more students turning out t
o start their own ventures and also students get a lot of networking throu
gh these events.

re may 7th. The shortlisted participants will be intimated later for prese
ntation in JNNCE campus on may 11th.
