Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) is not a new concept\, es pecially to the people who are enthusiastic about science and technology. Artificial intelligence (AI) is one such innovation which ha s drastically impacted the functional ecosystem of society. The technology is changing rapidly\, with computers and now robots\, replacing simple hu man activities. AI is basically a machine that can actually think on its o wn. Of late\, we are observing greater than before discussions on scope of Artificial Intelligence and its legal implications. Last year the United States saw several legal issues between the US government and the technolo gy companies. With the passage of time and the development of AI software\ , these issues are likely to grow. Indian Legal industry has not been much open to the technological changes. Our Legal system has always been labou r intensive. Nowadays\, Law firms are using AI for their legal functions. With this ongoing trends relating to AI\, this workshop highlights the leg al issues and challenges related to AI.
