We are pleased to inform you that the Department of Manageme nt Studies\, CHRIST (Deemed to be University)\, will be conducting its Ann ual National Level Post Graduate Management Fest\,Arthayudh 2018- ‘Adviv o Discidium’ under the aegis of the Christ University Management Associa tion (CUMA).

\nArthayudh stands for “Combat for Wealth” a nd is a Management Competition that celebrates the gathering of students f rom different colleges and universities\, where their managerial knowledge and skills are put to the test. It aims to provide participants a rostrum to bring out their flair in the area of Management through various compet itive events\, with the purpose of nurturing well-groomed professionals an d holistically developed managers to meet the expectations of this fast-pa ced world.

\nThe theme for Arthayudh 2018 is “Advivo Discid ium” which denotes survival amongst the disruption. The emergence of the new age technology brings in a set of new complexities\, challenges and t ransformation which is beyond human cognition. We live in a state of uncer tainty where the paradigms and regulation of management are constantly dis rupted and reformed. This calls for a need to adapt to survive. To survive this wave of disruption where transformations are a constant business and otherwise\, every firm must be prepared for changes in their conventional practices. Only by adapting to the emerging complexities they can go ahea d into the unknown and emerge triumph.
