As you are aware that the World Food Day is celebrated every year on 16th October. The College of Food Processing Technology and Bio E nergy at Anand Agricultural University also celebrates the World Food Day in the form of two days technical festival every year. It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that the College is organizing a two days National Seminar-cum-Tech Fest “ADROIT’14” on the occasion of World Food Day during October 15-16\, 2014\, at Anand.
\nThe National Seminar focus es on the theme: “Food Quality and Safety- New Technologies and Applica tions”. As part of the Tech Fest various events such as New Product Deve lopment\, Food Quiz\, Business Idea\, Ad Making\, Model Making\, Poster Pr esentation\, Interactive Session\, etc. will be organized.
\nAdroit ’14 is all about bringing new perspectives towards the field of food pro cessing by spreading awareness and encouraging infinite potential of human minds to generate ideas. It serves as an ideal platform for academicians\ , researchers\, undergraduate and postgraduate students to deliberate on t he subject and present innovative ideas.
\nWe invite students and fac ulty of different colleges having related subjects on food throughout the country. It is expected that about 500 delegates from different parts of I ndia will be participating this time.
