 tudents enrolled in any course in any college pursuing graduation/post-gra
 duationor Certificate course from any affiliated University/College/Instit
 ute are eligible to participate. No restriction on the number of entries f
 rom one university/college/institute.<br />\n<br />\n5. Registration:<br /
 >\n- Registration fees- ₹ 100 (maximum 5 entries)for external students o
 nly.<br />\n- Students of GIBS can participate with no fees.<br />\n- Regi
 strations for the exhibition will open from 2nd November 2021.<br />\n- Th
 e last date to register for the event is 15th November 2021.<br />\n- The 
 registration will be deemed to be complete only after the payment of the r

 in physical mode in the campus of GIBS on 22nd&amp\; 23rd November 2021.<b
 r />\n- Only students who are fully vaccinated (both doses) will be allowe
 d inside the campus. Students are required to bring the final COVID-19 vac
 cination certificate for entry. Although\, students who are not completely
  vaccinated can still submit their entries for the exhibition.<br />\n<br 
 />\n7. Art Medium: All media including the following is allowed.<br />\n-

 rticipant is allowed to submit maximum 5 entries.<br />\n- The artwork sho
 uld be adjusted on either on the A4\, A3 or A5 size black sheetor others (
 need to be informed and approved in advance)<br />\n- The participants mus
 t submit their work in accordance with the theme only.<br />\n- Each entry
  must accompany a small description as to what the participant intends to 
 depict. Word limit for description is not more than 50 words.<br />\n- The
  submission must be an original work of the participant and not be subject
  to plagiarism. Plagiarized artwork would lead to disqualification of the 
 same.<br />\n- The participants are requested to submit the original work 
 (hardcopy) latest by 15th November 2021 at GIBS Campus either by hand or b
 y post.<br />\n- No act of obscenity/vulgarity should be promoted else wou

 he Organizing Committee also reserves all the rights to cancel this compet
 ition at any stage\, if deemed necessary in its opinion\, and if any unfor
 eseen circumstances arise outside of its control.<br />\n<br />\n11. Perks
 <br />\n- Prize will be given to the 1 BEST ARTWORK and 1 BEST PHOTO only\
 , in the form of cash prize of Rs. 1000\, Certificate of Merit and a gift 
 hamper.<br />\n- All participants will receive a participation certificate
 .<br />\n<br />\n12. Workshop<br />\nA free workshop on art and photograph
 y for one hour will be organised for all the participants at GIBS Campus o
