The one-day workshop\, "A Hands-on Workshop on Development o f Machine Learning Models: From Data to Decision\," is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive overview on the world of machine learni ng. The workshop will begin with an introduction on machine learning conce pts\, types\, and applications\, followed by a hands-on session on develop ment of machine learning models using Python ML libraries. Participants wi ll learn about feature engineering and selection techniques\, as well as s upervised learning algorithms such as linear regression\, logistic regress ion\, decision trees\, random forests\, and support vector machines. Unsup ervised learning algorithms\, including K-means clustering\, hierarchical clustering\, and principal component analysis\, will be explored.
