  knowledge to enhance the opportunities in the areas of focus. There has b
 een rapid development in technology related to these areas during the past
  few years and has resulted in a change in techniques adopted in various a
 pplications. The scope for further development always exists and the confe
 rence would provide the opportunity to discuss the state of art and to exp
 lore the avenues for further work. The conference will be held at SRM IST 
 Vadapalani in parallel sessions.</p>
