DESCRIPTION:<p>National Conference on Data Science and Intelligence Informa
 tion Technology (NCDSIIT) started in 2017 aiming to be a flagship in the d
 ata science and Information science. Data driven intelligent analysis is a
 n important emerging paradigm for computing in areas including social\, se
 rvice\, Internet of Things\, sensor networks\, telecommunications\, health
 -care and cloud. The first was held in Chennai in 2017 which was also very
  successful.<br />\n<br />\nThe Second Conference NCDSIIT’18 provides a 
 premier forum that brings together researchers\, industry practitioners\, 
 as well as potential users of data science\, big data and advanced analyti
 cs\,to promote collaborations and exchange of ideas and practices\, discus
 s new opportunities\, and investigate the best actionable analytics framew
 ork for wide range of applications.It covers all data science and Informat
 ion science related areas\, including Artificial Intelligence\, statistica
 l\, probabilistic and mathematical methods\, machine learning\, data and b
 usiness analytics\, data mining and knowledge discovery\,infrastructure\, 
 storage\, retrieval and search\, privacy and security\, and relevant appli
 cations\, practices\, tools and evaluation.<br />\n<br />\nNCDSIIT’18 wi
 ll consist of four main Tracks: Data Processing Technology\, Data System &
 amp\; Application\, Intelligent Information Technology\, and Intelligent S
 ystem Engineering. Data processing technology involves using computers to 
 enter\, process and manage data. Data processing technicians are experts i
 n many different types of computer technologies\, including software for w
 ord processing\, spreadsheets\, design\, database management and desktop p
 ublishing. Data System &amp\; Application are posing many challenges in ex
 ploiting parallelism of current and upcoming computer architectures. Data 
 volumes of applications in the fields of sciences and engineering\, financ
 e\, media\, online information resources\, etc. are expected to double eve
 ry two years over the next decade and further. The importance of data inte
 nsive systems has been raising and will continue to be the foremost fields
  of research. Intelligent information technology (IIT) for the purpose of 
 education within the blended learning paradigm. The technology is based on
  the construction of mixed diagnostic tests (MDTs) used for decision-makin
 g. Each MDT represents a compromise between unconditional and conditional 
 components. Intelligent System (IS) can be defined as the system that inco
 rporates intelligence into applications being handled by machines. Intelli
 gent systems perform search and optimization along with learning capabilit
 ies. Different types of machine learning such as supervised\, unsupervised
  and reinforcement learning can be modeled in designing intelligent system
 s.</p>
