Cognitive technology is emerging as a significant research f ield as it mimics the functions of a human brain in making decisions on co mplex problems. In recent days\, the cognitive science methodology is inco rporated with the artificial intelligence\, machine-learning and deep lear ning models for obtaining a better solution on handling large data from mu ltiple sources. Therefore\, the cognitive approaches are integrated with r obot and other intelligent applications. Although\, a considerable researc h has been carried out in this domain\, there is still a lot more to be ac hieved for the community to get benefited. The second International Confer ence on Cognitive Robotics and Intelligent Systems (ICC - ROBINS 2025) aim s to make an international research initiative by bringing together the in tellectuals\, scientists\, researchers\, industrialists\, academicians\, s cholars and students across the globe for sharing their research ideas in the field of cognitive theory in designing robots and intelligent systems.
