  pattern recognition\, decision making\, control\, and optimization. The I
 EEE Student Branch of Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education is or
 ganizing the third version of the International Conference on “Intellige
 nt Techniques in Control\, Optimization and Signal Processing” INCOS-’
 24. The objective of this conference is to enable researchers\, faculty me
 mbers\, and students to exchange ideas on current research in intelligent 
 techniques and their potential applications to control\, optimize\, and si
 gnals process. The conference includes a paper presentation\, a keynote ad
 dress\, and invited talks by experts from industries and international ins
 titutions. All the papers presented in the conference will be submitted fo
 r possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.</p>
