About Event
This symposium “Fluorescent Nano Particles in the Diagnosis and treatment of contagious disease during Military deployment” targets to provoke an exchange between the academic groups that focus on ultimate hypothetical aspects of Nanotechnology detection in the field of medical science and the R&D community who has in depth knowledge of current and future development of Nano carriers. The application of nanotechnology in medicine currently being developed involves employing nanoparticles to deliver drugs, heat, light or other substances to specific types of cells. The Nanoparticles are engineered so that they are attracted to diseased cells, which allow direct treatment of those cells. This technique reduces damage to healthy cells in the body and allows for earlier detection of disease, which can provide the ultimate solution for various infectious diseases which occur during the period of deployment in the military.
