Rulebook for ROBO Skittles

1) Only two hits per entry are allowed
2) Back tyres of the bot should not cross line 1, on crossing line one -5 points
3) If back tyres of the bot crosses line 2, it is a ‘FOUL’
4) No other chance would be given on foul (It will be considered as a hit with no benefits, if any)
5) You will be allowed to adjust the ball before hit, according to your plan
6) Final decision lies in the hand of volunteers





Rulebook for ROBO Sumo

1) Two categories of the robot
i) 5 kg ii) 10 kg
2) Maximum dimensions for 5 kg robot is 35 x 35 x 35 (lx b x h)
Maximum dimensions for 10 kg robot is 45 x 45 x 45 (lx b x h)
3)Aim of the participant should be to get opponent robot out of the arena
4)The first robot to fall of the arena looses
5) 3 Rounds per match, each of a minute, time taken to push opponent out of the arena will be noted in every round
6) At the end of a minute if none of the robot falls out of the arena then both the team will be awarded a 0 points
7) In case of draw, penalty round will be conducted , in which one robot will be made to stand still and other robot should get that robot out of the arena & vice versa within a minute, time will noted for both the team
8) After successfully completion of the match time will be calculated the team with less time will win
9) Even after the penalty round if both the team score end up as a draw both the team will loose
10)On every defeat opponents get a point
11) Maximum clashing rest time should be maximum 20 secs
12) Robot should always be moving or else the volunteers have the right to disqualify
13) power supply will be provided by us no external power supply allowed (Maximum 8 Amps)(maximum 18 V minimum 9 v), we are not responsible for power cut off, u should check the connection properly before match
14) You cannot touch the robot once the round is started
15) If the robots gets mixup with each other then u cannot touch the robot till the round ends
16) Final decision lies in the hand of volunteers
17) No use of weapon allowed






Rulebook for Line Follower

1) Aim of the participant is to complete the track
2) Maximum 8 array of sensors can be used
3) Maximum dimension of robot is 25 x 25 x 25 (l x b x h)
4) Power supply will be provided (12 V) ,we are not responsible for power cut off, u should check the connection properly before start
5) Maximum 3 times u can touch the robot after it has been started, but it will cost u -5 points
6) we are not responsible for any damage caused on the robot
7) Final decision lies in the hand of volunteers
TECROBO''S ROBO-HURDLES 2K16

BOT SPECIFICATION: 25*25*25 (in cm.) (max)
TRACK WIDTH: 35 (in cm.)
[Winner shall be decided on the basis of POINTS (in case of tie, TIME will be of priority)
FOR ROUND 1
1)On any two wheels crossing the track line, 2 points shall be deducted.
2) On handling the bot during the race, 5 points shall be deducted.
3) On skipping hurdles, 10 points of the respective hurdles shall be deducted.
4) Change of bot during the race not allowed.
5) Maximum of 4 members per team allowed
6) In case of damage, teams shall get time for repair at an expense of 2 points for each passing minute (teams can opt for our bots without loss of points and time)
FOR ROUND 2
1)Deduction of points shall be same as round one as per first two rules.
2) On skipping one hurdle, 10 points of the respective hurdle shall be deducted; on further skipping, 20 points shall be deducted.
3) In case of damage, teams shall get time for repair at an expense of 2 points for each passing minute (teams can opt for our bots without loss of points and time)
4)Maximum of 4 members per team allowed.

TECROBO''S ROBO-RACE 2K16

BOT SPECIFICATION: 25*25*25 (in cm.) (max)
TRACK WIDTH: 30 (in cm.)
[Winner shall be decided on the basis of TIME TAKEN (in case of tie, POINTS will be of priority)]
FOR ROUND 1
1)On any two wheels crossing the track line, 2 sec shall be added.
2) On handling the bot during the race, 5 sec shall be added.
3) Change of bot during the race not allowed.
4) Maximum of 4 members per team allowed.
5) Points allotment shall be as follows: 1 for 1st check point; 2 for 2nd check point; 3 for 3rd check point and so on . . . .
FOR ROUND 2
1)Deduction of points shall be same as round one as per first two rules.
2) In case of damage, teams shall get 5 mins for repair, with an addition of 5 secs in their actual race time(teams can opt for our bots without loss of time)
3)Maximum of 4 members per team allowed.
