Paper ses­sions con­sist of oral pre­sen­ta­tions that last approx­i­mately 10–15 minutes fol­lowed by 5–10 min­utes for ques­tions by expertise professors of the department.

MACHINIST If you break it We can Make. This Domain provides an opportunity to participants to realise his knowledge on both theoretical and practical complexity and challenges to machining. Participants are tested for their Engineering Drawing understanding and physical operation on various machines.
 
 The Work Material and Machine Facility will Be provided.

Knowledge is a weapon. Arm yourself well before going to do the battle.
This Domain is to examine the technical and Mental Ability of the Participant.
The QUIZ may comprise no. of sectional bites or a single bite.

Model Specifications:
 
WATER ROCKETRY and all of its components should be handmade. Ready-made models are strictly not allowed.
 
Your model can be of any size or shape and can be made of any material. But, it should not damage the arena or hurt any person. If your model is found dangerous, you will not be allowed to participate in the event.
 
RULES:
 
The maximum number of members allowed per team is three.
 
 Teams should assemble and confirm their participation 15 minutes prior to the
         event.
 
Winner will be decided on the basis of total points obtained.
 
 Air pressure and water content to be decided on your own.

Truss Maestro

POPSICLE STICK BRIDGE – Build your Bridge!
 
How could something that sounds so simple be so complex? Open your mind to the science and mathematics behind this educational toy.
 
RULES:
 
Bridges must be built with a maximum of 100 Popsicle sticks and white all purpose glue or white wood glue. No other glues are acceptable.
 
Popsicle sticks must be left whole. They must not be cut, split, or otherwise altered.
        the highest center portion of the bridge must be designed to contact a 100mm wide loading plate.
 
Bridges will be inspected and Any violations of the above guidelines could result in disqualification from the official results.
 
Bridges will be weighed before being loaded. In the event of a tie, the lightest bridge wins.
 
Loading will be continuously monitored and gradually increased until the bridge fails. The winner is the bridge that holds the largest load prior to failure.Contestants and spectators will be expected to stand clear of the testing area and follow directions of officials at all times during the event.
 

CAD CONCOURS

The move towards knowledge-based competition amplifies the importance of bridging actions.CAD is extensively used to bridge imagination into real time model. CAD CONTEST encourages technical students to check and testify their designing skill and endurance for  Design industry.
 
Contest Specification:
 
Registered teams will appear for the first round and will be given time of 15 minutes to solve 15 question (questions will be from basic engineering drawing and modeling software).
 
After evaluation, 15 teams will be selected for the final round. In the Final round, 2D Diagram of an object will be given to the participants. Within the given time the participants should finish the model in 3D by using Pro E.

For all all those who have dreamt of gliding objects and have the fascination to fly high we bring you the GLIDER CONTEST. The contest offers an opportunity to reveal your desire to fly high and enhance your foundation of aeromodelling and flight dynamics.
 
RULES:
 
Max. 2 members per team.
 
This events consists of 2 rounds, first will be the qualifying round and then the final round.
 
Final judgment will be based on material used, range and  endurance.

“Pave the path in air with your parachute”

The parachute with safe landing of egg will be the winner of the PARAGLIDING EVENT.
The event starts as soon as your parachute releases in the air and the best one with
maximum range, endurance and safety will be declared winner.
 
ROUNDS:
 
There will be one round and in case of tie, there will be a tie breaker round to choose the legitimate winner.

RULES:

1. The maximum number of members allowed per team is two.
